Housing Fair in Oulu 2025

The Oulu Housing Fair 2025 presents a northern interpretation of modern villa living. The event will be held at Hartaanselänranta in Oulu from 18 July to 17 August 2025.The location of the fairground in the Oulu River Delta is unique: both the city centre services and the sea with its sandy beaches are close by.

The Housing Fair showcases dream homes and housing trends. The traditions of timber construction, northern light conditions, views and the use of air currents are all represented in the townhouse area. The area will be built in line with carbon wisdom and sustainable natural values. Public art and public spaces for events and urban experiences will add to the attractiveness of the area. A new light rail bridge will also be built over the estuary, serving as a bird's eye landmark for the area.
